How-To: Setup AutoTask integration policy

Did you know in just a few steps, you can now leverage an Autotask Integration Policy for better and more efficient endpoint and customer management?  PSA Policies define how tickets, configuration items, Contacts, and Notifications will sync from RMM to Autotask PSA or vice versa.

To get started, you'll want to enable the option to create a policy.

Step 1: From the main CWRMM menu, navigate to Admin -> Integrations -> PSA Integration, then enable Configuring PSA Via Policies

Step 2From the main CWRMM menu, navigate to Settings -> Policies and Click Add Policy.

Step 3:  Under the Category drop-down select Sites. For Type, select Autotask PSA Integration.

Final Step: From the main CWRMM menu, navigate to Settings -> Packages, (Important) be sure to add the new policy to all appropriate packages.

(quick note)

As with all the other Policies (for Patching, Remote Access, and so on, the final step would be to ensure that the Autotask Policy has been added to all appropriate Package(s).
