Help Desk, NOC, Ded Tech Service

    We are exploring AI call answering services to answer our help desk calls (at least overflow), take client information and open a ticket in PSA/Manage.  Has anyone successfully integrated a product that they would recommend?  (or maybe ones to avoid)  Any advice would be appreciated.

    Hi Julie - ConnectWise is working on incorporating our own AI as an option for our Help Desk Service offering, it's a service you can take advantage on as an outsource white labeled service desk. 

    Through the decision process we evaluated a number of AI Tools in the market, primarily focused chat, trying to deflect before the chat came into a technician. We looked five9's and Ada Support. What I learned was that the primary focus should be about training data, and our success rate with these tools weren't wroth our time investment since AI is already on our roadmap.
